Edit Goldberg, DMD, MBA

Edit Goldberg is an experienced executive in the medical device and biologics fields with a diverse background in all stages of product development and management, portfolio planning, development and execution of business growth, and marketing strategies from conception to commercialization. Edit brings a deep understanding of electrical and mechanical technologies.
Prior to leading Escala, Edit held senior positions in corporate healthcare companies, namely Trendlines Medical, Omrix BioPharmaceuticals (ETHICON, a J&J Company) and Lifebond. She serves as a Director at Elcam Medical. Additionally, Edit is a lecturer, mentor and judge in medical device entrepreneurship courses and
competitions at the Technion and Hebrew University programs.
Edit is a Doctor of Dental Medicine from the Hebrew University and received her MBA from the Reichman University (previously the Interdisciplinary Center Herzlia) in an International joint program with the Wharton Business School (USA).
CFO

DANNY LEDER, CPA, MBA

Danny Leder brings over 30 years of experience as a CFO in several private and public companies,
including two of the largest companies in Israel. His professional focus includes budgeting, cost
accounting, business plans, financial and currency-risk management. Danny also has vast experience in
the banking system and in working with government agencies
Danny holds a B.A in Economics and Accountancy from Haifa University, is a Certified Public Accountant
and has an MBA in Finance and Insurance from Tel Aviv University.
R&D MANAGER

Yoav Harari

Yoav Harari brings a wealth of development and R&D management of multidisciplinary healthcare
products, from initial concept to final market release. Yoav has proven experience in managing and
integrating the development, engineering, manufacturing, operations and QA activities while meeting
challenging budget and timetable goals.
Prior to his role at Escala, Yoav held engineering and R&D team leadership roles at several medical companies as well as experience in a design company providing a range of design and development
services to medical companies.
Yoav holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.

Monique Robas

Monique Robas brings a wealth of experience in managing and establishing QMS quality systems
complying with international standards, spanning manufacturing companies and start-ups in the
medical devices sector. Monique has proven capabilities in improving quality indicators, and optimizing
processes on the production floor, and in leading and motivating employees to meet goals for
improving quality in the organization.
Monique is a certified Quality and Organizational Excellence Manager, (CMQ) and a senior auditor
(Lead Auditor) ISO13485/2016 certification, BSI Switzerland.

Charles Bradley

Charles Bradley brings 30 years’ experience as a medical device industry management professional, leading sales professionals of capital equipment and disposable devices used in general, thoracic, gyn and urology surgery. Charles has exceptional skills in recruiting, training and developing top sales professionals and sale teams for Fortune 100 medical companies. He has a deep understanding of the sales leveraging competitive business and developing long-term relationships with customers built on trust and exceptional service.
Prior to joining Escala as it Director of Sales, Charles held senior positions in Teladoc Health Corporation, SurgiQuest (acquired by ConMed Corporation) and Covidien.
Prior to working in sales, Charles functioned as Key Hospital Manager/Surgical Education Manager in several hospitals in Tennessee.

Robert D. Auerbach, M.D.

Dr. Robert Auerbach brings over 36 years of experience in both medical and business leadership
positions. Robert most recently served as President of CooperSurgical, CooperCompanies worldwide
women’s healthcare division, and previously as EVP, Chief Medical Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
of CooperSurgical.
Prior to joining CooperSurgical, he served as an Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of
Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences at the Yale School of Medicine where he continues
to hold an adjunct appointment.
Dr. Auerbach is a Phi Beta Kappa/Alpha Omega Alpha graduate of the Lehigh-Hahnemann 6-year
BA-MD program and completed his OB/GYN residency at Yale. Subsequently Dr. Auerbach was a
member of the school of medicine clinical faculty. In 2005, he was the recipient of Yale’s Francis
Gilman Blake Award as the most outstanding teacher of the medical sciences and elected to the
medical school’s Society of Distinguished Teachers. Dr. Auerbach continues to serve as an
adjunct faculty member and as an Executive Board Member of the Center for Biomedical
Innovation and Technology (CBIT) at Yale University.
Dr. Auerbach currently serves on the Board of Directors of OCON Healthcare, Escala Medical,
AblaCare, Empress Medical, Aspira Women's Health (NASDAQ: AWH) as well as an advisor to
CooperSurgical and GestVision.

Todd Dollinger

Todd Dollinger brings more than four decades of wide-ranging marketing, sales, and entrepreneurial experience to Trendlines. He chairs the investment committees of Trendlines Investments Israel, the Singapore-based Trendlines Agrifood Innovation Centre, and the Trendlines Agrifood Fund. Additionally, Todd is a director and chairs several Trendlines’ portfolio companies.
Todd founded The Trendlines Group with Steve Rhodes in 2007. In 1991, Todd joined the marketing department of Israeli medical device start-up SRD Medical Ltd. (“SRD”) and went on to become SRD’s CEO. It was at SRD that Todd and Steve met. In 1993, Todd and Steve founded Trendlines International Ltd. They merged the principal consulting activities of Trendlines International Ltd. into The Trendlines Group in 2008. Under the strength of their 30-year business partnership, Todd and Steve oversaw Trendlines’ IPO on the Singapore Stock Exchange in 2015; and have raised funds around the world for Trendlines, its venture funds, and portfolio companies. They have exited portfolio companies to multinational corporations; taken portfolio companies public; and have expanded the Group’s activities internationally.

Barak Singer has 20 years of experience in management, business development, investment banking, and venture capital, including as VP Business Development of Trendlines Medical from December 2016 until February 2019, when he was appointed CEO of Trendlines Investments Israel (formerly Trendlines Incubators Israel).
Prior to joining Trendlines, Barak held several senior management positions, including Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking, and Head of Healthcare at Tamir Fishman & Co., representing the Royal Bank of Canada’s (NYSE: RY) investment banking arm in Israel, RBC Capital Markets. He also served as VP Business Development at Can-Fite BioPharma Ltd. (NYSE: CANF) and CEO of its subsidiary OphthaliX Inc., VP Business Development at Xenia Venture Capital Ltd., and was a Co-Founder and CEO at Or Capital Healthcare Partners.
